RELEASE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE: Completely lower all attachments to the ground. Turn the engine off and slowly operate all hydraulic control levers through their full range to release any trapped system pressure.
DISCONNECT BATTERY: ALWAYS disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal to prevent electrical shorts, shocks, or accidental activation during installation.
CLEANLINESS IS CRITICAL: Hydraulic systems are extremely sensitive to contamination. Thoroughly clean the area around the sensor ports before disassembly.

Preparation:
Park the excavator on a firm, level surface. Lower the boom and attachment fully and engage the safety lockout.
Gather clean tools, appropriate wrenches, and new seals or O-rings.
Removal of Old Pressure Sensors:
Take clear photographs of the sensor locations and wiring connections for reference.
Label the sensors and their respective ports (e.g., "P1" for YN52S00027P1, "P2" for YN52S00028P1).
Disconnect the electrical connectors from both sensors.
Using the correct size wrench, carefully loosen and remove the sensors. Be prepared for a small amount of hydraulic oil to escape.
Installation of New COGENG Sensors:
Compare the new COGENG PS-KOB-SET-027-028 sensors with the old ones to confirm identical configuration.
Install new seals or O-rings (if not pre-installed) lubricated with clean hydraulic oil.
Install the sensors into their correct ports based on your labels, tightening by hand first to avoid cross-threading.
Tighten the sensors to the proper torque specification using a wrench.
Reconnect the electrical connectors, ensuring they click securely into place.
Final Verification and Testing:
Before reconnecting the battery, perform a visual check to ensure all connections are secure and correct.
Reconnect the battery terminal.
Start the engine and let it idle. Immediately check for any hydraulic leaks around the new sensors.
Slowly operate all hydraulic functions through their full range. Monitor for smooth operation and check for any error codes on the monitor.
Check the hydraulic fluid level and top up if necessary.
