System Preparation：
Completely depressurize hydraulic system
Drain fluid from affected circuit
Clean work area to ISO 4406 18/16/13 cleanliness standard
Disconnect battery and implement lockout/tagout

Component Inspection：
Verify valve model number matches application
Check O-rings and seals for compatibility
Inspect electrical connector and wiring integrity

Installation Procedure:
Mounting Specifications
Mounting surface flatness: 0.15 mm maximum
Surface roughness: Ra 3.2 μm maximum
Recommended bolt torque: 40-45 Nm (30-33 ft-lbs)

Electrical Connections
Wire gauge: 12-14 AWG recommended
Maximum voltage drop: 0.6V
Insulation resistance: >50 MΩ at 500V DC

Hydraulic Connections：
Port thread sealant: Loctite 577 or equivalent
Installation torque: 30-35 Nm (22-26 ft-lbs)
Pressure test: 1.25x operating pressure for 10 minutes

Commissioning Procedure:
Initial Start-up
Cycle valve 5-10 times without system pressure
Apply minimum pressure (100 PSI) and check for leaks
Gradually increase to operating pressure

Performance Verification：
Measure response time and current draw
Check for external leakage at maximum pressure
Verify proper system function in all modes
