Functional Testing:
Full stroke cycles: 20 minimum
Angle sweep test: Full left to full right tilt
Drift test: ≤3mm/10 minutes at 25 MPa
Load test: Apply 80% rated load, check smooth operation
⚠️ TILT CYLINDER SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
Asymmetric loading: Seals must be installed in correct orientation
Angle compensation: Must verify ± operational angle before installation
Pressure reversal: Some tilt systems reverse flow - verify circuit design
Side load consideration: Extra wear band clearance may be required
