Park excavator on level ground, lower attachment to ground
Engage parking brake and implement all safety locks

Note exact routing of both throttle cables for proper reinstallation
Install new COGENG throttle motor using proper torque specifications (8-12 Nm)
Route dual cables following exact factory path, avoiding sharp edges
Connect 6-pin electrical connector ensuring positive engagement
Adjust cable tension according to factory specifications
Verify smooth throttle linkage movement without binding
Calibration & Testing:
Reconnect battery and initialize system
Perform throttle calibration procedure per excavator service manual
Test both throttle cable ranges for smooth operation
Verify proper engine speed control at all throttle positions
