Key Steps
Safety preparation
Turn off the power of the equipment and release residual pressure of the hydraulic system (operate the pilot handle 2 to 3 times).
Clean the periphery of the valve body to prevent pollutants from entering the oil circuit.
Disassembly of old valves
Mark the connection position of the oil pipe (A: High pressure oil inlet, B: Pilot output).
Use a torque wrench to loosen the fixing bolt (standard torque: 45±5 N·m).
Install new valve
Align the valve body mounting surface and make sure the seal ring is not twisted (OEM accessories are pre-installed).
Connect the oil pipe according to the mark. It is strictly forbidden to mix the A/B ports (misconnection of high-pressure oil will cause the valve body to burst).

Testing and calibration
Start the device to idle and check for oil leakage.
Verify the valve spool opening feedback (normal range: 0.5~4.5V) through the CAN diagnostic tool.
