Park coach on level ground, engage parking brake
Turn ignition OFF and remove keys
Relieve all hydraulic system pressure before disconnecting lines
Clean pump and surrounding area thoroughly
Use proper containment for hydraulic fluid
Installation Steps:Document existing pump configuration and line connections
Tag all hydraulic lines for proper reinstallation
Use proper tools for line disconnection
Clean all mounting surfaces and connection points
Prime new pump with clean hydraulic fluid
Install new COGENG pump using proper torque sequence
Connect hydraulic lines using new seals
Ensure proper belt tension and alignment (if applicable)
System Commissioning:Fill system with recommended Volvo hydraulic fluid
Bleed air from system following manufacturer procedures
